Train the trainer
H.art performs open and in-house Trainings for trainers. These trainings are related to the specific aspect of training or the whole training process: beginning from examination of the development needs through creating and performing a training to monitoring and maintaining effects of thetrainings that were held. Such trainings are always a comprehensive development process and they set very high quality standards in this area.
Also, H.art provides the possibility of creating any training from H.art' s repertoire, for the internal trainers of a company, who may later run these trainings for the employees in their company as often as necessary.
