Open Trainings
In order to meet our clients' needs, we developed the tradition of open trainings which may be attended by any individual or by a group of people from a company. Clients have the possibility to share their needs with us, even to suggest the training topics according to the areas they would like to develop.
H.art offers the package of one-day, or half-day long trainings every two months. The topics of those trainings are inter-related and all together they compose a complete package so that participants can attend more than one training and thus improve one particular area from many different angles.

After successfully conducting the open trainings EFFICIENCY AT WORK which were attended by the managers of Coca-Cola HBC, MK group, MERIS, Hugo boss and Tehnoplast, H.art developed a new one – EFFICIENT MANAGER. We creatively packed a set of open trainings with the aim to develop some skills necessary to every successful manager.

Inn.side and H.art are organizing TRAINING - ART & CRAFT education for trainers that consists of many modules and lasts for ten days. It will be held in the period from September 2010. until January 2011
It is created for companies, consulting agencies, both organizations and individuals who want to use trainings as a tool in the development of their employees and employees' competencies, or to develop and improve this craft in order to provide external training services.
