In the design of in-house training, we take into account the specific development objectives of the company for which the training is being prepared for. This type of training allows you to develop specific skills for a group of employees according to their specific development needs.
Our training methodology in many ways reflects our way of tailoring the courses. In order to achieve maximum development in the work we insist on feedback and interaction from the entire group. This gives us the opportunity to respond to the more specific needs that arise during the training.
When acquiring new concepts, we carefully practice diverse aspects of the skills that are the subject of the training (on case studies, through role-plays, simulations, as well as on the examples of the participants themselves through their experience-sharing). It can therefore be said that this seems more like a than a training exercise in the traditional sense.
