"How to be a better guide in the workplace" | november '10
Marija Pavic, the H.art executive held an interactive lecture on the topic "The Role of coaching development projects in companies", in the hotel "Continental" in Belgrade.
Marija elaborated on how every company aims at utilizing the full potential of their staff and that when management recognizes a gap between the vision of its company and the current capacity of its employees to achieve this vision, that is, when the companies growth does not follow its development - the only real solution is a targeted comprehensive development project. She answered the following questions: how to equalize the level of skills, knowledge and expected behaviors and attitudes in people through training and the introduction of processes and mechanisms; as well as how coaching enables each individual to go as far in its development, as he/she can go.

HR socialization "The art of dreams" | may '10
Traditionally HR socialization in H.arta-in this spring had a special charm. Young and talented Teodora Lekic, at the time a internee at H.arta, had her chance to combine two great loves in one event.

She made an exhibition of portraits of young HR talents in which she linked their current business aspirations with their childhood dreams "What will I be when I grow up?" through inspiring and vibrant photos.
The guests chatted about ther jobs, they recalled their ideas, desires, and how everything transformed into what they have become today.
Also at this meeting young people interested in practice and employment in HR, had the opportunity to present themselves to employees in the sector of human resources of different companies and thus open the door for some new business opportunities, which many of them took advantage of.

Also, this was a good opportunity for our guests to receive valuable gifts like free outdoor training and coaching sessions, which is the usual practice of H.art each time we participate in similar events to promote the development of people.

H.art for the hungry | november '09
H.art joined the hunger strike campaign against hunger wanting to contribute to society.
H.art's contribution is reflected in what we do. We donated training on stress and burn out which is intended for persons directly involved in the project and we hope that in an indirect way we will help the hungry. H.art believes that for people in the service professions it may bevery difficult to stand the pressure of reality. They are the first to be exposed to stress and to the risk of burn out. Also, people who engage in such projects are very important for our society and we must do our best to support and preserve them so that they can continually invest themselves and their energy to good use.

Summer HR gathering | July '09
As we concluded last time that HR gatherings should be regular, we organized such gathering again in a slightly different form.

Our coleagues that work in the HR area in different companies, came to H.art to relax by listening to the sounds of jazz and drinking cocktails made of ingredients named according to competences and skills. An absolute hit of the evening were the cocktails "No Stress" and "Middle Management" which were composed of enthusiasm, initiative and spontaneity.
Cocktails were prepared for our guests by young people who were selected for the Talent.art project.

In order to really give those young and motivated people the opportunity to find the chance to gain the experience they want, H.art created portfolios of those candidates with our recommendation and the competences they had demonstrated.

Internship in H.art, Talent.art | may '09
