Assessment of employee's competencies

Assessment is a structured approach focused on determining certain psychological characteristics and employees' competencies. Their aim is to obtain information on the capacity of employees, their potentials and limitations in order to precisely predict their individual success, their success in the team and in the leadership (management).
It is aimed at companies which face a dilemma of whether somebody is ready to be promoted, whether he is on the right job, in which direction he should improve himself. It is particularly useful when your company is going through rapid growth and you would like to estimate the real and potential human resources of your company, in order to form teams and optimize the organizational structure.
Besides the assessment of general business and leadership competencies, there is the option of conducting specific assessments such as, for example, the assessment of the level of development of sales skills.
In addition to standard methodology which consists of structured competency based interviews , we use battery of tests, and in some cases, specific tasks, or in other words, some case studies where certain skills, traits, attitudes and abilities can be demonstrated in practice. We are accredited to use modern instruments for assessing preferences, values and motivation of employees; for assessing the personal, group and organizational effectiveness, which also provides an opportunity to improve these aspects.Procena Kompetencije
