Company's assessment

At the company level there are several types of assessment and analysis: assessing areas for improvement within the company, assessing theorganizational culture, assessing the employee's satisfaction. Each of them can be done in several ways and it is always determined in accordance with the requirements of the company and with the plan for future development. In one case, the consultants gather the information from the employees using structured interviews. An other option includes employees as active participants in the evaluation process by using workshops similar to focus groups (such process allows decision making and planning improvement at the same time). Conducting surveys is a rarely used method.
