General information about H.art

Our center for the development of people and companies comprises of a team of about ten experienced consultants. Our consultants come from various professions (psychologists, andragogists, engineers, economists ...) and each has its own field of expertise within HR consulting and development, so that with our synergy we cover a wide range of services in the field of HR.
We are in the Business Advisory Service (TAM BAS) clients database, and are members of The European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), The Association of Management Consultants of Serbia (AMCS) and The Association of Business Women of Serbia (ABWS)

Mission

We are focused on the development of human capacities and competences. Our aim is to increase people's satisfaction within a working environment and their productivity, which in turn increases a companies efficiency and profit. We achieve our goals by working directly with employees, the management team, HR departments or via systematic HR solutions for the company.

Values

We firmly believe that it is better to invest in and develop your staff than to replace them. To put it simply, people are the company.
Each of our activities aims to develop certain aspects of individual's functioning at work as well as the company's processes and systems. There are times when the achievements of a person, a team or a company are not at their maximum and it is usually necessary to only change or improve certain aspects for each in order to reach their full potential. We like to take a long term approach to problem solving so everything we do or say is guided by our goal to ensure that our clients' benefits are long term. Another basic criteria for our work is constructiveness; we believe that this is the first step to enhancing productivity and efficiency and finally achievement. Due to the fact that everything we do is adjusted to the needs of the particular client, creativity and innovation help us a lot. In work and communication we stand for openness and cooperation as well as finding a mutual language, which increases benefits for all participants. Our work is always adjusted to our client's needs while maintaining the high standard we set for ourselves. We act in accordance to ethical codes and respect the principles of confidentiality.
